About Me: Elena Cajka, Naturopathic Practitioner in Zurich

I am Elena Cajka. Naturopathic practitioner, mother, and your partner in your family's health. With over 10 years of experience, I support children and adults with phytotherapy and holistic approaches in Zurich and worldwide online, in 5 languages.

My passion for medicinal plants was passed down to me from the cradle. My Greek grandmother introduced me to the power of plants early on. With childlike curiosity, I absorbed everything about this traditional healing art. Through her, I learned how plants affect the human body. This passion has been with me ever since.

When I began my studies in the medical field, I quickly realised that the holistic aspect was missing. In my vision, conventional medicine and natural medicine should work hand in hand. I wanted to support people individually, tailored to their personal situation and needs.

"No parent should ever have to feel as helpless as I did back then."

Why I Do What I Do

When I became a mother of two children, I had to make decisions. Especially for my youngest child, who was born with Noonan syndrome. Every single one of those decisions had consequences, some of them carrying considerable risks.

I lacked information. There was nobody who could explain the connections to me calmly and in a way I could understand. There was no bridge between the individual specialists. I stood alone in the middle of a medical jungle.

Even though I had medical training, I did not understand some of the approaches. Before every doctor's appointment, I prepared meticulously so that in the limited time available, I could truly ask all my questions.

From this experience came my driving purpose: I want to give families the time and space for their individual story, their questions, and their fears. Because I know exactly how it feels to be in that situation.

Phytotherapy, Not Generic Naturopathy

My focus is phytotherapy: the targeted use of medicinal plants. Unlike generic naturopathy, I work with specific plants and their documented properties. Every plan is individual, tailored to your symptoms and your life situation.

Through my child, it became my heartfelt mission to specialise in children's health. Children with special needs, in particular, deserve the attention and care they require.

For adults, I offer holistic support through phytotherapy. Whether it is hormonal concerns, digestive issues, exhaustion, or allergies, natural medicine can meaningfully complement conventional treatment.

I also support musculoskeletal pain and discomfort through manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and foot reflexology massage.
